Kerasi 327

Named after the Greek word for “cherry”, Kerasi 327 unites the sweet honey notes of a Costa Rica Las Lajas, the rich cocoa flavor of a Papua New Guinea, and the floral, fruity complexity of a Tanzanian. It’s as well balanced and deep as you would expect a quality espresso blend to be, but finishes with a shout of citrusy brightness. An experience by itself and an assertive companion with milk, we’re proud of this one.

Guatemala Rio Azul
A cooperative from a small village in the Huehuetenango region of Western Guatemala allows us to bring you this exceptional coffee. It stars with a floral aroma before hitting you with rich, prominent notes of chocolate and hazelnut with subtle hints of cinnamon and mango. Its dark chocolate aftertaste will stay with you for a while.
Tanzanian Kanyovu
Located around the Gombe Stream National Park (made famous by Jane Goodall’s groundbreaking chimpanzee research), the farms of the Kanyovu collective have improved their coffee from commodity-grade to some of the best in all of Africa. This medium-light roast starts with a floral aroma and excites throughout with a citrusy, bright flavor. We love it so much that we’ve started to serve it as our first single-origin espresso.
Costa Rica Las Lajas
The passion and experience of the Chacon family and the fertile soil of the central valley of Costa Rica allow us to bring you this luxurious, honey-processed coffee. The light roast makes sure we preserve the buttery texture and notes of caramel, honey, and molasses that make the Las Lajas such a pleasure to drink.
Honduran Corah
Grown at high altitude in the mountains surrounding the village of Hoya Grande, this organic coffee delivers a velvety texture and tastes clearly of cocoa. Led by the Matamoros and Padilla families, the Corah collective provides an economic foundation for its village, and it does so by maintaining high quality controls in the picking and processing of its coffee. You will appreciate their hard work and skill in the gentle sweetness of this medium-light roast.
