Grown at high altitude in the mountains surrounding the village of Hoya Grande, this organic coffee delivers a velvety texture and tastes clearly of cocoa. Led by the Matamoros and Padilla families, the Corah collective provides an economic foundation for its village, and it does so by maintaining high quality controls in the picking and processing of its coffee. You will appreciate their hard work and skill in the gentle sweetness of this medium-light roast.

For our iced coffee, we cold-brew this wonderful blend of Costa Rican, Honduran, and Guatemalan beans overnight to create a strong, rich coffee that stands up to ice, milk, and anything else you can throw at it.
