Your status is based off of your last 365 days spend at Gregorys. Once you lap 365 days of any transaction that spend will expire off. If your spend then dips below the tier threshold, you tier will be downgraded, calculated by your last 365 days spend.

We do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, we would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and are willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order. Please contact us at info@gregoryscoffee.com within 48 hours of your purchase. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
We are unable to accept returns on used items. We will gladly exchange defective items. All Returns or Exchanges on merchandise (non-coffee) items must have proof of purchase and be done 30 days of purchase date.
