We do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of the product. However, we would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you are having issues with your coffee please contact info@gregoryscoffee.com within 48 hours of receiving your coffee. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.


We are unable to accept returns on used coffee brewing equipment or merchandise. We will gladly exchange defective items. All returns of unused equipment or merchandise or exchanges must be done within 30 days of the purchase date. Email info@gregoryscoffee.com to facilitate.
