In this edition of Culture Coffee, we're highlighting the Frappé - one of Greece's most popular coffee preparations. To make our Greek Frappé, we take craft instant coffee and whip it for 30 seconds to create a smooth coffee layered with silky foam. It gets served over ice to make it the perfect balanced summer pick-me-up.
If you want to make it yours, add sweetener or cream to your liking. Opa!!
