The holiday season is here, and at Gregorys Coffee, we’re brewing up something truly special. This year, we’re turning up the nostalgia and hosting the ultimate retro holiday party in our cafes. Think cozy throwbacks, kitschy classics, and plenty of coffee, all designed to bring our Gregulars together for some holiday cheer.
One of our hero drinks, the Rainbow Cookie Latte, pays homage to the iconic Italian-American cookie with deep New York City roots. Originally created by Italian immigrants in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the cookie became a symbol of cultural pride and community, a story that perfectly reflects Gregorys’ own NYC heritage.
With matcha continuing to soar in popularity globally and across the U.S., we’re expanding our lineup with the Salted Caramel Matcha, a twist inspired by our cult-favorite Salted Caramel Cold Brew, crafted especially for matcha lovers.
We’re also introducing a new holiday coffee blend, the Winter Warmer, featuring sweet muddled spice and ruddy wine with a smooth, balanced finish. Returning to our shelves is the Solstice Blend, a seasonal favorite with festive notes of winter berry and chocolate orange. Both blends will be available in stores and online at gregoryscoffee.com.

Nu Mint (Cold Brew)
Nu Brew just leveled up. Classic cold brew combined with Nutella, milk, and peppermint flavor, topped with whipped cream and candy cane pieces. What’s better than that?
Black Forest Latte
