At Gregorys, our mission is to see coffee differently and share that vision with our customers. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Frinsa, [Java], a rare single origin from the highlands of Western Java.

Nestled in the highlands, Riunggunung Estate is a 10-hectare farm and part of a collective of smallholders known for producing some of the region’s finest coffees. Our selection comes from the farm’s highest elevations (1,600–1,650 masl), where cooler temperatures slow cherry development and create the ideal conditions for a truly distinctive cup.

This coffee carries the character of its highland terroir: nuanced flavors, bright and complex acidity, and a richness that reflects Java’s storied coffee heritage. Each step of the process, from hand-picking to careful sorting, honors the purity and depth of flavor in every cup.
