At Gregorys, we’re always on the lookout for coffees that not only taste exceptional but tell a story—and Burundi does both. Hailing from the highlands of Ngozi Province, this fully-washed Bourbon variety comes from the village of Bahire, which fittingly translates to “be well” in Kirundi.
After years of topping the region’s cupping scores, it was discovered that the unique microclimate and terroir of Bahire were responsible for producing this standout coffee. Thanks to our partners at JNP, who meticulously separated and cupped every lot in the area, we’re proud to share this rare gem with you. Complex, clean, and deeply expressive—Burundi is a coffee that invites you to slow down, sip intentionally, and be well.
