Meet our newest blend: Northern Lights!
The sun sends pieces of itself across the cosmos to connect with earth. Our protective magnetic field directs this stardust to the poles where they create a beautiful mesmerizing light known as the Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights. These lights are visible from the darkest parts of the earth - the poles. These lights warm the skies of few places - one of which is Norway, a country with a rich coffee tradition. In this regard we have fashioned this blend in the style of norse coffee folk.
This blend is sourced from Brazil and Colombia, using a unique style of roasting known as the Nordic-style. We roasted this coffee extremely light with a short development time to show only the brightest parts of these beautiful coffees.
