Introducing our newest single origin brew fresh from the birthplace of coffee itself—Ethiopia.
The wild coffee forests of Ethiopia hold the most genetically diverse coffee varietals on the planet. The traditional preparation of coffee here is the natural process which allows the coffee beans to remain wrapped in their fruity cherry skins for another two weeks after an exhausting growing season and harvest.
This extra time basking in their own fruit while laying out in the sun creates an amazing signature flavor that can only be found in Ethiopia. Prominent notes of fresh blueberries and vanilla come to the front while lingering notes of strawberry and chocolate provide a strong finish as this coffee evolves in your cup. It's the perfect summer coffee and it just arrived fresh off the boat last week.
